Pre-tightening



Tighten all bolts to 20 Nm, then tighten to the angle shown in the table.

Bolt number Angle ±2° Bolt length, mm
1. 5, 9, 13, 17 215 185 with a washer
2. 6. 10, 14, 18 240 185 without washer
3, 7,11,15 160 103 with washer
4, 8, 12, 16 246 207.5 without washer

Settling of the sealing gasket



Wait 3 min (stabilization time)

Final tightening:


  • loosen bolts 1 and 2 completely;
  • tighten bolts 1 and 2 to 20 Nm, then tighten to the angle according to the table;
  • completely loosen bolts 3, 4, 5, 6;
  • tighten bolts 3,4,5,6 to 20 Nm, then tighten to the angle according to the table;
  • completely loosen bolts 7, 8, 9,10;
  • tighten bolts 7, 8, 9, 10 to 20 Nm, then tighten to the angle according to the table;
  • completely loosen bolts 11,12,13,14;
  • tighten bolts 11, 12, 13, 14 to 20 Nm, then tighten to the angle according to the table;
  • completely loosen bolts 15,16,17,18;
  • tighten bolts 15, 16, 17, 18 to a torque of 20 Nm, then tighten further by the angle according to the table.
