1. Brake discs must not be ground and must be replaced if worn. Brake disc wear should not exceed 0.5 mm on both sides of the disc. Check the brake disc for runout. To do this, fix the dial micrometer in such a way that the measuring finger is positioned at the 210 mm diameter on the outside. When the disc is rotated, the arrow should not deviate more than 0.07 mm.
2. To remove the disc, first remove the brake pads as described earlier. Loosen both screws (see illustration 6.1), after which you can remove the caliper. Remove both bolts from the end. To do this, you need a screwdriver with a curly blade. If the disc is stuck, hit it with a rubber mallet.
3. Install the brake disc in reverse order. Tighten both caliper bolts to 100 Nm.
4. Finally, reinstall the brake pads as described earlier.
5. Take a test drive and check the braking process. Sometimes it will take some time for full braking to occur.
