The fuel filter is located on the right side of the vehicle in front of the fuel tank and is screwed there by means of an attachment to the right side member.
1. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery terminal.
2. Raise the rear of the vehicle.
3. Loosen the fuel line clamps.
4. Place a clean container under the fuel filter.
5. Carefully remove the supply line to release pressure from it.
6. Remove both fuel lines from the fuel filter. Use a rag to avoid splashing with gasoline.
7. Turn off a bolt and pull out the filter from fastening.
8. When installing, pay attention to the correct installation direction (arrows show the direction of fuel flow).
9. Clear connections, put on fuel pipelines and clamp them with collars.
10. Connect the battery and turn the ignition on and off several times to pressurize the system.
11. Check pipe connections for tightness.
12. Throw the old filter into the technical trash!
