The fuel filter is located under the bottom of the car in front of the fuel tank.
Replacement order:
- put the car on a flyover or lift. Apply the parking brake;
- relieve pressure in the supply system (see section «Engine»);
- place a wide container under the fuel filter to collect escaping fuel;
- wipe the dirt around the filter to prevent it from getting into the pipelines;
- disconnect the hoses equipped with quick-release clamps from the fuel filter (for easier removal). Note how the o-rings are installed on the hoses. Plug the holes in the hoses to prevent dirt from entering the power system;

- remove the fuel filter from the bracket (pic. 2.35);
- insert a new filter into the bracket with the arrow pointing towards the engine;
- connect the hoses to the filter, making sure that the sealing rings are installed correctly;
- start the engine and check for fuel leakage;
- lower the car.
