Removal
Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals, starting with the negative terminal.
Remove the power unit and turbocharger.

Unscrew the nuts of the mounting studs and remove the exhaust manifold (fig. 2.261).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Tighten the exhaust manifold mounting stud nuts in the order shown in Figure 2.262 to the required torque (20 Nm).
Install the turbocharger and power unit.
Caution! When removing and installing the turbocharger, it is necessary to strictly follow the repair procedure to ensure the tightness of the system. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a decrease in driver safety.
