Check the spring deviation from the vertical, which should not exceed 1.2 mm (fig. 2.122).
Check the spring calibration.
Length of springs under load:
- under a load of 18-20 N the spring length is 34.50 mm;
- under a load of 56.3–61.7 N, the spring length is 24.50 mm;
- spring length in free state 41.30 mm (fig. 2.123).
