Checking the valve springs of the K4M engine (Renault Fluence 1)

Check the spring deviation from the vertical, which should not exceed 1.2 mm.



Check the spring calibration.

Length of springs under load:

• under a load of 18 - 20 N the spring length is 34.50 mm;
• under a load of 56.3 - 61.7 N the spring length is 24.50 mm;
• the length of the spring in a free state is 41.30 mm.
