Warning! Many of the procedures in this chapter require the removal of fuel lines and connections, which is usually accompanied by some fuel leakage. Gasoline is extremely dangerous - use extreme caution when working on the fuel system.
Note. Even if the car has not been driven for a long time, there will still be excess pressure in the fuel lines. When disconnecting any fuel line, first depressurize the fuel system as described in Section Depressurization of the fuel injection system.
