Lubricate the hinges of the bonnet, doors, tailgate/trunk lid with a small amount of oil. Likewise lubricate all latches, locks and striker plates. At the same time, check the security and operation of all locks (refer to Chapter Body).
Lightly lubricate the hood release mechanism with a suitable lubricant.
