1. Drain the coolant (see «Coolant replacement»).
2. Remove the front bumper (see «Removal and installation of a forward bumper»).
3. Turn out two bolts of fastening of an arm of a reservoir of the hydraulic booster of a steering...
4.... and carefully move the tank assembly with the bracket to the side.
5. Remove the radiator fan assembly with shroud (see «Removal and installation of the electric fan of the radiator of the engine cooling system»).
6. Loosen the clamp of the radiator inlet hose, squeezing its bent ears with pliers, slide the clamp along the hose...
7.... and remove the hose from the radiator pipe.
8. Turn out the left...
9.... and the right bolts for fastening the radiator of the air conditioning system to the radiator of the engine cooling system.
10. Turn out a bolt...
11.... and remove the left bracket for mounting the radiator of the cooling system.
12. Similarly, remove the right bracket.
13. Separate the radiators of the engine cooling system and the air conditioning system, for which lift the air conditioning system radiator, remove its lugs from the cooling system radiator holders and lower it.
Note. There are two holders on the radiator of the cooling system:
one on the left side...
...and one on the right.
14. Remove the radiator from the engine compartment.
Note. The rubber pads of the lower supports are put on the pins at the bottom of each radiator tank. Take them off. Replace heavily compressed or hardened pads.
15. Examine pillows of the top arms of fastening of a radiator. Replace severely deformed or hardened pads.
16. Rinse the outside of the radiator with a jet of water and dry. If there are cracks on the plastic tanks of the radiator, replace the radiator.
17. Check the tightness of the radiator, for which plug one radiator pipe, and supply air at a pressure of 0.1 MPa to the second (1 kgf/cm2), and immerse in a container of water for at least 30 seconds. The leakage of the radiator is determined by the outgoing air bubbles. If the radiator does not fit completely into the container, check it sequentially from all sides.
18. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Note. In order to further eliminate the possibility of leakage of coolant, before installing the hoses, lubricate the radiator pipes with a thin layer of silicone sealant.
19. Fill in coolant and remove air pockets from the cooling system (see «Coolant replacement»).
