1. Drain the coolant (see "Replacing the coolant").
2. Remove the front bumper (see "Removing and installing the front bumper").
3. Remove the two bolts securing the power steering fluid reservoir bracket...
4. ...and carefully move the tank assembly with the bracket to the side.
5. Remove the radiator electric fan assembly with the casing (see "Removal and installation of the electric fan of the radiator of the engine cooling system").
6. Loosen the clamp securing the radiator supply hose by squeezing its bent ears with pliers, slide the clamp along the hose...
7. ...and remove the hose from the radiator pipe.
8. Turn the left...
9. ...and the right bolts securing the air conditioning system radiator to the engine cooling system radiator.
10. Unscrew the bolt...
11. ...and remove the left radiator mounting bracket.
12. Remove the right bracket in the same way.
13. Disconnect the radiators of the engine cooling system and the air conditioning system by lifting the radiator of the air conditioning system, removing its lugs from the holders of the radiator of the cooling system and lowering it.

one on the left side...

14. Remove the radiator from the engine compartment.
Note: There are rubber lower mount pads on the pins at the bottom of each radiator reservoir. Remove them. Replace any that are too tight or hardened.
15. Inspect the upper radiator mounting bracket cushions. Replace any cushions that are severely deformed or hardened.
16. Rinse the radiator from the outside with a stream of water and dry it. If there are cracks on the plastic radiator tanks, replace the radiator.
17. Check the radiator for leaks by plugging one radiator pipe and supplying air to the second pipe under a pressure of 0.1 MPa (1 kgf/cm²) and lowering it into a container with water for at least 30 s. The radiator is leaking by the air bubbles that come out. If the radiator does not fit completely into the container, check it sequentially from all sides.
18. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Note: To prevent future coolant leaks, lubricate the radiator pipes with a thin layer of silicone sealant before installing the hoses.
19. Fill the coolant and remove air locks from the cooling system (see "Replacing the coolant").
