Wheel alignment
Comparison of the camber angles of the right and left wheels is important. The presence of a difference between the two sides of more than one degree leads to the car being pulled away from the trajectory of movement, which must be corrected by the steering wheel, and this leads to premature wear of the tires.
The camber angle of the wheels is usually small: approximately 1°.

Comparison of the angles of the right and left wheel pivots is important. A difference of more than one degree causes the car to drift off the trajectory, which must be corrected by the steering wheel, and this leads to premature tire wear.
This is manifested by the car being pulled at a constant speed to the side where the angle has a smaller value.
Steering gear height
This parameter affects the change in wheel alignment during suspension travel.
A change in toe-in between the right and left wheels causes (without turning the steering wheel):
- car pulls 8 to one side when accelerating;
- the car pulls to the other side when braking;
- change in directional stability on roads with uneven surfaces.
Wheel alignment
Adjusting the toe-in has virtually no effect on the car's performance on the road.
It should be noted:
- that excessive toe-in causes symmetrical wear on the inside treads of both tires;
- that excessive toe-in causes symmetrical wear on the outer sides of the tire treads on both wheels.
