Attention! Removed subframe and suspension arm mounting bolts are not reused and must be replaced; strictly observe the tightening torque of the bolts.
Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Remove:
- protection of the engine tray;
- lower bumper mounting bolts;
- wheels.
Lock the steering wheel with the special tool.
Remove:
- front mudguards;
- two left ties;
- right screed;
- bolts of bracket of fastening of the brake pipeline and ABS sensor;
- linkage of the height sensor of the front part of the body of the xenon headlight corrector (if they are) at point A.
Remove the two aluminum spars.
Unscrew the nut securing the ball joint pin of the anti-roll bar, the nut securing the ball joint pin of the suspension arm.
Loosen the two bolts of the subframe mounting rod on the body at point B.
Remove:
- a bolt of terminal connection of a plug of the cardan hinge of a steering shaft;
- jet thrust mounting bolts;
- noise reduction rod mounting bolts and subframe rear mounting bolts.
Move the subframe forward and remove the two suspension arm mounting bolts.
Installation
Replace mounting bolts:
- suspension arm;
- stretcher;
- steering shaft yokes.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, tightening the threaded connections to the required torque.
Attention! When installing the terminal bolt of the steering shaft universal joint bolt, it is necessary to adjust the steering column (see steering).
Note. If xenon headlights are installed on the vehicle, they must be initialized.
