Removal
- Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
- Remove the lock (2, fig. 5.12) installed on the fitting and disconnect the pipe connecting the clutch master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder.

- Remove the gearbox.
- Remove the lock (3, fig. 5.13) and disconnect the fitting from the clutch slave cylinder.

- Remove three bolts (B, Fig. 5.14) the slave cylinder, then remove the cylinder.

Attention. Except in the case of a malfunction of the clutch hydraulic drive, before proceeding with the removal of the mechanical clutch element, it is necessary to bleed the hydraulic drive using a special method.
Installation
- Check the condition of the O-rings.
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- When installing, connect the fitting to the working cylinder before. how to tighten the three cylinder mounting bolts on the clutch housing so that the fitting can be passed through the hole in the clutch housing in the area of the o-ring
- Tighten the three fastening bolts of the working cylinder to a torque of 9 Nm.
Notes
- To avoid damage to the working cylinder, do not apply lubricant to the splines of the transmission input shaft.
- To avoid fluid leaks, always replace the clutch slave cylinder when replacing the clutch housing.
- Be sure to bleed the clutch hydraulic drive.
