A.The red charging indicator light does not light when the ignition is turned on. 1. The battery is discharged.
2. The wire is broken, there is no contact at the connection point, or it is oxidized.
3. The charging indicator lamp is faulty.
4. The wire between the ignition switch, the indicator lamp and the generator is not connected correctly.
5. The generator carbon brushes are worn out.
6. The voltage regulator is faulty.
7. The generator is faulty.
8. After frequent engine washing, the moisture that got in formed an insulating film between the carbon brushes and the contact rings.
jump-start or start the engine by towing.
Check the battery wires and terminals.
Replace,
check the wire with a test lamp.

Replace the carbon brushes.
Replace the voltage regulator.
Repair the generator.
Blow out the generator with compressed air
or wipe the coals
brushes and slip rings.

IN.The indicator lamp is on or glows dimly when the engine is running. 1. The V-belt is loose or the tensioner is faulty.
2. Poor contact of wire connections or broken wires.

Tighten the V-belt or check the tensioner.
Check the wires and connections.
WITH. The top surface of the battery is wet. 1. The battery is full.
2. The plugs are clogged.

Too much distilled water poured into the battery turned into gas when charging. Do not suck out the electrolyte.
Clean the ventilation holes.
D.The battery produces a lot of gas. 1. See A 6.
