Tightening torque
- Fuel manifold bolts - 9 Nm
Removal
Warning! When removing the fuel manifold and injectors, some fuel may leak out. Take measures to protect the generator from fuel.
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the fuel rail guard.
3. Without pinching the fuel supply hose (1), unscrew the hose mount to the manifold.
4. Disconnect the connectors of the injectors (2) and the knock sensor (3).
5. Unscrew the bolts (4) securing the fuel manifold.
6. Remove the fuel manifold together with the injectors.
7. Remove the injectors. Discard the sealing rings.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. After installing the injectors, check the correct installation of the sealing rings. Secure the injectors with clips.
