Throttle body and idle speed control actuator (k4J engine)
Tightening torques
- Throttle body mounting bolts - 15 Nm
- Filter mounting bolts - 9 Nm
Removal the throttle body
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Disconnect the accelerator cable and the throttle position sensor connector.
4. Unscrew the two bolts (1) securing the damper housing.
Remove the housing, a new gasket must be used during installation.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. To facilitate installation of the housing gasket, glue it with consistent grease.
Removal the idle speed control actuator
1. Disconnect the drive connector.
2. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation tube.
3. Unscrew the three drive mounting bolts.
