Tightening torques: Throttle body mounting bolts - 13 Nm.
Removal
Disconnect the battery.
Remove the air filter housing.
Disconnect the throttle cable at point (1).
Remove:
- throttle valve block mounting bolts (2),
- throttle body.
Installation
Parts that must be replaced: throttle body gasket.
Install:
- throttle body with new gasket,
- throttle body mounting bolts.
Tighten the throttle body mounting bolts to the specified torque (13 Nm).
Connect the throttle cable.
Install the air filter housing.
Connect the battery.
