Tightening torques, Nm
- Throttle body mounting bolt 10.
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Remove air duct 1.
4. Disconnect the throttle cable.
5. Disconnect the idle speed control stepper motor connectors 2.
6. Disconnect the throttle potentiometer connectors 3.
7. Unscrew the four bolts 5 securing the throttle valve unit and remove it.
Installation
1. Replace the throttle body gasket.
2. Install in the reverse order of removal.
