- Intake manifold mounting bolt and nut 20
Removal
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Remove the fuel rail.
3. Raise the car.
4. Remove bracket 1 (to access the bracket mounting bolt on the right side of the vehicle, remove the mudguard and the right wheel).
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Remove the air duct A connecting the throttle body to the air filter.

7. Disconnect the throttle cable and electrical connectors 2 connected to the throttle body.
8. Unscrew the bolts and nuts 3 securing the manifold.
9. Unscrew the two bolts 4 securing the bracket to the cylinder block.
10. Remove the manifold.
Installation
1. Replace the intake manifold gaskets.
2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
