Tightening torques: Intake manifold mounting bolts - 9 Nm.
Removal
Disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle body at point (1).
Remove the throttle cable (2) from the intake manifold.
Disconnect:
- the wiring harness from the air temperature sensor (3),
- intake manifold pressure sensor connector (4),
- connectors (5) of ignition coils.
Disconnect the wiring harness (6) on the intake manifold.

Move the wiring harness to the side.
Remove the throttle body.
Remove:
- bolts (7) for fastening the intake manifold,
- intake manifold.

If replacing the intake manifold, remove:
- air temperature sensor,
- intake manifold pressure sensor.
Installation
Parts that must be replaced: intake manifold gasket.
Attention!
- Do not scrape the mating surfaces of aluminum parts, as any damage to the mating surface may result in fuel leaks.
- To ensure a seal, the mating surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil (don't touch them with your fingers).
Wipe with surface cleaner:
- a socket for each intake manifold gasket, in case of its reuse,
- the mating surface of the injector body lining.
Install new intake manifold gaskets.
If replacing the intake manifold, install:
- air temperature sensor,
- absolute pressure sensor.
Install:
- intake manifold,
- intake manifold mounting bolts.
Tighten the intake manifold mounting bolts in the specified order to the specified torque (9 Nm).

Install the throttle body with a new gasket.
Connect the wiring to the intake manifold:
Attach:
- ignition coil wire pads,
- manifold pressure sensor connector,
- air temperature sensor connector.
Install the throttle cable to the intake manifold and throttle body.
