Removal
Disconnect the battery.
Remove:
- intake manifold,
- fuel distribution rail,
- multifunctional bracket.
Remove:
- bolt (1) for fastening the pendulum suspension support to the injector housing lining,
- bolt (2) securing the upper timing drive cover to the injector housing lining.

Remove:
- bolts (3) for fastening the injector housing lining,
- lining of the injector bodies.

Installation
The injector housing lining gasket must be replaced.
Install:
- injector body lining,
- all bolts securing the injector housing lining.
Press the injector housing lining against:
- the upper timing belt cover, tightening the mounting bolt (4) by hand,
- to the engine pendulum mount support, tightening the mounting bolt (5) by hand.

Place the injector housing linings against the cylinder head cover linings (6).
Tighten to the specified torque in the order shown:
- bolts (7) and (8) of the injector housing lining (25 Nm),
- bolts 9 and 16 of the injector housing lining (21 Nm).
Tighten to the specified torque:
- timing belt upper cover mounting bolt (41 Nm),
- pendulum suspension support bolt (62 Nm).
Install:
- multifunctional bracket,
- fuel distribution rail,
- intake manifold.
Connect the battery.
