Removal



Remove the intake silencer.

Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) of the brake booster from the intake manifold.

Caution! Do not damage the vacuum take-off pipe on the intake manifold. If the pipe is broken, the manifold must be replaced.


Remove:
  • both mounting bolts (2) of the air filter cover,
  • air filter cover (3),
  • air filter.

Installation



Clean the air filter installation area.

Install:
  • air filter,
  • air filter cover,
  • two bolts securing the air filter cover.

Connect the brake booster vacuum hose to the intake manifold.
