Removal


Disconnect the battery. Remove the air filter housing.

Disconnect:
  • throttle body connector with servo 1;
  • absolute air pressure sensor 2;
  • ignition coils 3;
  • air temperature sensor 4.

Remove:
  • three throttle body mounting bolts;
  • throttle body;
  • seven mounting bolts and an intake manifold.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Observe the tightening torque of the intake manifold/throttle body mounting bolts and the specified tightening order.


Replace the manifold and throttle body seals.
