Removal



Disconnect the battery. Remove the intake manifold.

Disconnect the battery. Remove the intake manifold.


Disconnect the fuel supply lines 1 from both fuel rails, being careful as there is fuel there.

Remove:
  • bolts 2 fastening fuel distribution rails;
  • both fuel distribution rails.

Remove:
  • bolt 3 fastening tubes of the crankcase ventilation system;
  • stud nuts and intake manifold.

Installation



Replace the sealing gasket.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, observing the torque and tightening order of the intake manifold mounting stud nuts.
