- air intake duct;
- ignition coils;
- spark plugs.
Remove:
- mounting bolt (1) of the ignition and injection system wiring harness connector holder;
- holder (2) of connectors of the wiring harness of the ignition and injection systems.
Remove:
- crankcase ventilation valve (3);
- crankcase ventilation valve sealing ring.
Remove:
- in the order shown, the cylinder head cover mounting bolts;
- cylinder head cover,
- cylinder head cover gasket.
Before installation, replace:
- cylinder head cover gasket;
- crankcase ventilation valve sealing ring.
Install:
- cylinder head cover with a new gasket;
- cylinder head cover mounting bolts.
Pre-tighten the cylinder head cover mounting bolts in the specified order and to the required torque (pre-tightening) 2 Nm.
Tighten the cylinder head cover mounting bolts in the order shown in the figure and to the required torque of 8 Nm.
Secure the crankcase ventilation valve with a new gasket and tighten it to 2.5 Nm.
Install all parts in reverse order.
