Removal
Disconnect the battery. Remove the upper engine cover. Disconnect the air temperature sensor 1. Remove the air hose 2.
Disconnect:
- wiring harness from the throttle body with servo drive;
- two pipes under the throttle body with servo drive.
Remove:
- four bolts 3 fastening the throttle body with servo drive;
- throttle body with servo drive.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Replace the gasket each time the throttle body is removed.
When the ignition is turned on, the throttle valve unit must perform a programming cycle of the minimum and maximum throttle opening angles.
Use a diagnostic tool to verify that programming has actually been completed.
