Removal
Disconnect the battery.
To remove the intake manifold, it is necessary to remove the throttle valve assembly with the servo drive.
Remove the wiring harness box 1.
Disconnect:
- wiring harness from manifold pressure sensor 2;
- vacuum take-off hose 3 of the brake booster.
Remove:
- intake manifold mounting bolts;
- collector, lifting it and moving it to the 8 side of the battery.
Installation
Replace the gaskets with new ones.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note: Observe the tightening torque of the intake manifold and throttle body mounting bolts.
