Removal



Disconnect the battery.

To remove the intake manifold, it is necessary to remove the throttle valve assembly with the servo drive.

Remove the wiring harness box 1.

Disconnect:
  • wiring harness from manifold pressure sensor 2;
  • vacuum take-off hose 3 of the brake booster.

Remove:
  • intake manifold mounting bolts;
  • collector, lifting it and moving it to the 8 side of the battery.

Installation



Replace the gaskets with new ones.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Observe the tightening torque of the intake manifold and throttle body mounting bolts.
