When working, refer to Fig. 3.104.
Removal procedure:
- relieve fuel pressure in the system;
- disconnect the negative battery cable;
- remove the ramp protective cover;
Caution! When removing the injectors or the fuel rail, be careful, as there is fuel in the rail and the fitting. Take measures to protect the generator from fuel ingress.
- disconnect the fuel lines from the ramp;
- disconnect the injector connectors;
- disconnect the knock sensor connector;
- unscrew the ramp mounting bolts and remove it with the injectors from the intake manifold;
- remember the installation of the injectors, loosen the fasteners and remove the injectors from the ramp.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, while be sure to replace the sealing rings and injector holders. To facilitate installation, lubricate the sealing rings with engine oil.
