- remove the protective cover of the fuel distribution rail;
- relieve fuel pressure in the system;

- disconnect the fuel supply line (fig. 3.105) and connect the tee (Mot. 1311–08) with a control pressure gauge;
Caution! When disconnecting the fuel supply line from the ramp, be careful, as there is fuel in the ramp and the fitting. Take measures to protect the generator.
- start the engine to operate the fuel pump;
- check the pressure using the pressure gauge, which should be constant and amount to (3.5±0.06) bar.
Note: It may take several seconds for the required pressure to build up in the fuel rail.
