Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals, starting with the negative terminal.
Using a filling station, drain the refrigerant from the refrigeration circuit with a filling station.
Remove the front bumper.
Remove the front body panel

Loosen the bolts securing the pipelines to the condenser (fig. 8.156).
Disconnect the pipes.
Insert plugs into all holes.
Remove the condenser.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Check the reliability of the condenser fastening.
Replace the sealing gaskets.
To make installation of the pipes easier, lubricate their ends with oil used for air conditioning systems.
Tighten the pipeline mounting bolts (10 Nm).
Note: After replacing the condenser, fill the new condenser with oil equal to the drained one and add 30 ml of the specified oil.
Fill the refrigeration circuit with refrigerant using a filling station. filling station
Note: Check the air conditioning system for proper operation by running the electric fan at maximum speed.
Conduct a leak search.
