Reset trip odometer
To reset the trip meter to zero, toggle the display (1) into mode «trip odometer». Click the button (2) and hold it for a while.
Note:
The greater the distance traveled since the last reset operation, the more stable and reliable the average speed, average fuel consumption and range readings will be with the fuel remaining in the tank.
For the first few kilometers after resetting the calculated values, you may notice that the range on the fuel available in the tank increases while driving. This is due to the fact that the average fuel consumption since the last reset was taken into account. Average fuel consumption may decrease in the following cases:
- the car has finished accelerating;
- engine temperature has reached normal (and zeroing of the calculated indicators was carried out with a cold engine);
- you left the city on the freeway.
If the memory capacity of one of the storage devices is exceeded, zeroing occurs automatically
