In order for repair or maintenance work on your vehicle to be carried out most effectively, you must follow these simple rules.

1. Tidy up your workspace; remove all bolts, nuts and other small parts left over from the previous repair so as not to mix them up during assembly.

2. When disassembling units, place the parts in the order they were removed - this will make the assembly process easier.

Note: To facilitate subsequent assembly of complex units, it makes sense to mark the parts or their relative positions. This can be conveniently done with a permanent marker or paint.

3. Place small parts in pre-prepared containers to avoid losing them.

4. Before starting repairs, carefully study the instructions for the equipment used. Make sure that you have all the tools necessary for the job. Keep your vehicle repair manual handy while you work.

5. When performing complex work, carefully consider the sequence of actions. This will facilitate disassembly and assembly, and will eliminate errors.

6. If work needs to be done under the vehicle, lay a blanket on the floor or use a rolling dolly.
