Remove the pressure intake tube after the diesel particulate filter 3 from the fitting 4 on the outlet pipe.
Caution! When disconnecting the pressure intake tube, be sure to hold the fitting with a wrench.
Note: It is prohibited to open the pressure intake circuit; only the fittings for attaching to the outlet pipe may be removed.

Disconnect the pressure intake tube connection after the diesel particulate filter to the filter heat shield.
Bring the pressure intake tube after the diesel particulate filter into the engine compartment without disconnecting it from the pressure sensor.

Disconnect the connector of the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 5, installed in the engine compartment.
Unscrew nut 6 securing the bracket for the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor located in the engine compartment.
Remove the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor together with the bracket.

Unscrew lock nut 7.

Disconnect the remote temperature sensor connector after the diesel particulate filter 8.
Disconnect the remote temperature sensor connector after the particulate filter.
Note: To disconnect the connector:
- pull the tab to unlock it;
- slide the connector onto the latch, towards the socket part.

Disconnect the remote temperature sensor connector in front of the diesel particulate filter 9.
Disconnect the remote temperature sensor connector in front of the particulate filter.
To disconnect the connector:
- pull the tab to unlock it;
- slide the connector onto the latch, towards the socket part.

Disconnect the wire from the remote temperature sensor connector in front of the particulate filter 10.

Remove the mounting clamp 11 between the main silencer and the particulate filter.
Remove the assembly including "particulate filter-mounting clamp-pressure sensors-temperature sensors".
After lifting the particulate filter, remove the silent block from the mounting studs to the subframe.
Remove the bellows from the pre-catalyst studs by pulling the exhaust pipe toward the rear of the vehicle and lowering it down.
Remove from the diesel particulate filter assembly:
- nut securing the silent block to the diesel particulate filter;
- silent block;
- temperature sensors before and after the particulate filter from the fittings on the exhaust pipe;
- pressure intake tube before the particulate filter, from the fitting on the outlet pipe;
- bellows.
Installation
Attention! Be sure to replace:
- gasket between the bellows and the particulate filter;
- gasket between the bellows and the pre-neutralizer;
- clamp for fastening the particulate filter to the main muffler;
- nipples removed from the exhaust pipe;
- damaged heat shields.
Attention! It is necessary to thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the flanges of the "bellows" fastening to the preliminary catalytic converter and the diesel particulate filter.
Install the following onto the removed particulate filter:
- bellows with new gasket;
- the pressure intake tube before the particulate filter to the fitting on the exhaust pipe;
- temperature sensors before and after the particulate filter from the fittings on the exhaust pipe;
- silent block;
- the nut securing the silent block to the diesel particulate filter.
Tighten the silent block mounting nut to the diesel particulate filter to the required torque of 25 Nm.

Install the anti-particulate filter assembly "filter-bellows-pressure sensors-temperature sensors".
Caution! When installing the particulate filter, ensure that the pressure intake pipe after the particulate filter is located behind the heat shield.
Install the mounting clamp between the main muffler and the diesel particulate filter.
Connect the remote temperature sensor connector after the particulate filter.
Secure:
- wiring of the remote temperature sensor connector in front of the particulate filter;
- remote temperature sensor connector in front of the particulate filter.
Connect the remote temperature sensor connector in front of the particulate filter.
Secure the remote temperature sensor connector in front of the particulate filter with clamps.
Install:
- lock nut;
- particulate filter pressure sensor with bracket;
- the nut securing the bracket for the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor located in the engine compartment.
Tighten the nut securing the bracket for the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor located in the engine compartment with a wrench.
Connect the pressure sensor connector to the diesel particulate filter installed in the engine compartment.
Bring the pressure intake tube after the diesel particulate filter into the engine compartment without disconnecting it from the pressure sensor.
Attach the pressure measurement tube after the diesel particulate filter to the filter heat shield.
Apply heat-resistant ANTI-SEIZE grease or grease for copper-aluminum pairs to the thread of the pressure measuring tube after the diesel particulate filter.
Caution! Make sure that when tightening, the grease is not squeezed out of the tube thread.
Attention! Removed fittings for fastening to the exhaust pipe must be replaced with new ones.
Install the rigid part of the pressure intake pipe in front of the diesel particulate filter, positioning it so that it is parallel (±3°) to the longitudinal axis of the exhaust pipe.
Tighten the nipple on the exhaust pipe to the specified torque of 44 N·m only if it has been replaced.
Tighten the pressure pick-up pipe in front of the diesel particulate filter to the nipple installed on the exhaust pipe to 21 Nm.
Install the nuts securing the bellows flange to the pre-neutralizer.
Install the nuts securing the silent block to the subframe.
Tighten to the specified torque:
- nuts for fastening the bellows flange to the pre-neutralizer 21 Nm;
- nuts securing the silent block to the subframe 25 Nm.
Caution! After tightening the pressure sampling tubes, make sure that no low points (siphons) have formed in the pressure measurement circuit, where water can accumulate.
To do this:
- check the correct position of the rigid parts of the pressure intake tubes relative to the longitudinal axis of the outlet pipeline;
- adjust the position of the pressure intake tubes using the clamps that secure them to the heat shield (rotate the tube in the clamp so that there is no downward bend).

Make sure the exhaust pipe does not come into contact with the underbody.
Attention! A damaged heat shield must be replaced.
Connect the battery.
Install:
- engine oil pan protection;
- upper engine covers.
Before starting the engine, clear the stored faults from the injection system ECU memory using a diagnostic tool.
Attention! Check the exhaust system for leaks with the engine running and use a leak detection device to verify for 5 minutes that there are no exhaust gas leaks through the sensor mounting fittings on the exhaust manifold.
