Removal



Remove:
  • engine Top Covers;
  • air duct between the air filter housing and the turbocharger.

Disconnect the battery.

Disconnect the battery.


Disconnect the wiring harness from the exhaust gas temperature sensor 1.

Disconnect:
  • a block of wires from the brace;
  • wiring harness from turbocharger 2.

Use a key to unscrew the temperature sensor 3.



Installation



Install the exhaust gas temperature sensor.

Using a wrench, tighten the exhaust gas temperature sensor to the specified torque of 30 Nm.

Secure:
  • wiring block on the brace;
  • wiring harness on turbocharger.

Connect the wiring harness to the exhaust gas temperature sensor.

Install the air duct between the air filter housing and the turbocharger.

Connect the battery.

Install the top engine covers.
