Tightening torques:
- Wheel bolt - 90 Nm
- Tie rod ball joint nut - 37 Nm
- Steering shaft joint bolt - 25 Nm
- Subframe Bolts:
- M10 (front) - 60 Nm
- M12 (rear) - 105 Nm
- Tie nut - 30 Nm
- Hub nut - 55 Nm
- Engine thrust - 65 Nm
- Steering gear bolts - 50 Nm
Removing
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Put the car on a lift.
3. Remove the front wheels.
4. Using the T.Av. 476 Disconnect the guide rod joint from the subframe.
5. Turn away a nut of fastening of a nave to the suspension arm.
6. Loosen the mudguard fasteners to access the upper subframe tie bolt.
7. Remove the downpipe of the exhaust system and the catalytic converter.
8. Turn away a bolt of fastening of reactive draft of the engine (at the engine).
9. Remove the heat shield for access to the shift rod mounting bolts.
10. Turn away bolts of fastening of draft of a gear change, remove draft.
11. Turn away two nuts of fastening and remove the thermal screen of the steering mechanism.
12. Turn away bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism, fix the steering mechanism for an exhaust manifold.
13. Fit the power unit support Mot. 1390.
14. Turn away bolts of fastening of a stretcher. Discard the bolts, remove the subframe.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. For ease of installation, use guide pins wrapped in the front subframe mounting bolt holes. After installing the rear bolts, remove the pins and install the front bolts. Tighten all mounting bolts to the specified torque.
