Front bumper elements
Removal
- on vehicles equipped with fog lights, disconnect the negative battery cable;
- for ease of operation, place the vehicle on a lift or lift its front end, remove the front wheels and place supports under the body;
- remove the mudguards in the wheel arches;
- unscrew the two lower bumper mounting bolts from below;

- remove three holders and unscrew two bolts (Figure 9.5) on the right and on the left side;

- unscrew the side bolts (Figure 9.6);

- insert a tool for removing trim holders into the gap between the wing and the bumper (Figure 9.7), protecting the paintwork (with cloth or sticky tape) wing and bumper, press the tool and gently pull the bumper down until it is free of the four clips (Figure 9.8);

- remove the two spring clips (Figure 9.9);
- disconnect (if installed) hoses from headlight washer nozzles and fog light connectors;
- with the help of an assistant, detach the bumper from the car.

Installation
The bumper is installed in the reverse order of removal. Before installing the bumper, make sure that the centering guide is present (Figure 9.10), ensuring the correct positioning of the bumper.
Connect the headlight washer hoses and connect the fog light connector.

Remove:
- two upper mounting bolts (A),
- fir-tree fasteners (B) of the mudguard,
- two mounting bolts (C).
- two side mounting bolts (D),

- lower mounting bolts (E).
Move the bumper towards the front of the vehicle (1) to release it from the side mounting guides.
Lift the bumper in the area of the upper fastenings (2).
Remove the bumper by holding it aside at the sides (3).
