When removing the hydraulic distributor. If the gearbox is reasonably clean, just submerge it. without disassembling, into an acceptable cleaning solution, then dry under a stream of compressed air and check the serviceability of the wiring of the solenoid valves.
Before disassembling the hydraulic distributor, it is especially important to read the description of the work procedure.
- Remove the bolts securing the cover to the distributor.
- Remove the shift sequence solenoid valve bolts (1. fig. 7.16) and electromagnetic modulating valve (3).
- Remove the solenoid valves and transmission fluid temperature sensor from the distributor assembly.

- Clean all parts thoroughly.
- Installation of solenoid valves is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten all bolts to the required torque.
Note. Each shift sequence solenoid valve is installed in a separate socket - do not mix them up.
