- Unscrew the air bleed plugs on the radiator and the supply hoses to the radiators of the heating system (rice. 1.88).
- Fill the cooling system with coolant through the filler hole of the expansion tank.
- Close the bleeder plugs as soon as coolant flows out of them in a continuous stream.
- Start the engine and leave it running at a crankshaft speed of 2500 min-1.
- After 10 minutes, add coolant to the required level.
- Close the expansion tank cap.
Removing air
- Let the engine run for 10 minutes at a crankshaft speed of 2500 min-1 before turning on the fan- (ov) radiator (required time for automatic air removal).
- Make sure that the fluid level in the expansion tank is in the area of the mark "Maxi".
- Do not open the bleeder plugs while the engine is running.
- Tighten the expansion tank cap with the engine warm.
