2. Remove the ball head bolt nut and separate the pivot from the control arm.
3. Disconnect the brace from the top of the control arm and move the brace to the side.
4. Remove bolts of fastening of the spherical hinge and take the hinge.
5. Install the new pivot into the control arm. The bolt heads must be on the same side as the protective rubber boot, so as not to damage the boot when tightening the nuts. Take this into account when blocking the bolt heads. Tighten the nuts as shown in illustrations 6.1 and 6.2.
6. Fix the ball joint in the steering knuckle and tighten the nut to 65 Nm.
7. Check the adjustment of the front wheels after replacing the ball joint.
Note: When buying a ball joint, pay attention to how it is attached (three or four bolts/nuts), always indicate the complete chassis number.
