Tightening torques: Expansion tank nuts - 8 Nm.
Note: When performing any work on the clutch hydraulic drive
- be sure to remove the air,
- from the circuit between the tank and the air bleed nipple,
- from the circuit between the air bleed nipple and the clutch slave cylinder,
- with increased free pedal travel.
Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
Remove the engine oil pan guard.
Unscrew the two nuts securing the expansion tank.
Move the expansion tank to the side.
Disconnect the brake fluid level sensor connector from the reservoir.
Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.
Drain the brake fluid from the reservoir so that its level is below the fluid supply hole to the clutch master cylinder.
Remove the plug from the air bleed nipple.
Place a rag under the clutch slave cylinder.
Press the lock (1).
Attention! Do not pull the lock. Any erroneous action requires replacement of the pipeline.
Open the air bleed hole by pulling the clutch hydraulic line (2) out one click.

Note: Take measures to collect leaking brake fluid.
Connect a transparent hose to the air bleed nipple (3) and lower the other end into an empty container located below the air bleed hole.
Press the clutch pedal with your hand (to remove fluid from the master cylinder and pipeline).
Press the holder (1) of the clutch slave cylinder.
Disconnect the line (2) from the clutch slave cylinder and install plugs on each hole.
Remove the retainer (4) of the pipe connecting the master and slave cylinders on the master cylinder.
Place a rag under the master cylinder.
Disconnect the line (5) on the master cylinder in the engine compartment.

Insert the plugs into the holes.
Disconnect:
- pipeline connecting the master and slave cylinders on the body (6),
- the pipe connecting the master and slave cylinders on the gearbox at point (7).

Remove the pipe (8) connecting the master and slave cylinders of the clutch hydraulic drive.
Installation
Check the condition of the gaskets.
Remove the plugs from the holes.
Install the pipe connecting the master and slave cylinders of the clutch hydraulic drive.
Secure the pipe connecting the master and slave cylinders of the clutch hydraulic drive:
- on the gearbox,
- on the body.
Connect the line to the master cylinder, working from the engine compartment.
Install the master cylinder to slave cylinder connecting pipe retainer on the master cylinder.
Connect the line to the clutch hydraulic slave cylinder.
Note: When the clutch hydraulic line is secured, a characteristic click should be heard.
Install the expansion tank.
Tighten the expansion tank nuts to the required torque 8 (Nm).
Fill with brake fluid and bring its level up to normal.
Bleed the clutch hydraulic system.
Install the engine oil pan guard.
