Removal and installation front seat electric/heating components (Renault Megane 1)

The replacement of the heating elements and the drive electric motors of the front seats should be entrusted to specialists of the car service. Such a replacement requires complete dismantling of the seat assembly. It is especially difficult to replace the heating elements, which is almost impossible to do at home without damaging the upholstery. The only elements whose removal and installation is not particularly difficult are the control switches (see section Removal and installation switches).
