Removing
Place the car on a lift.
Remove:
- top cover of the engine;
- battery;
- battery shelf;
- air filter housing;
- lower jet thrust. Install the battery harness groove (1).
Move aside the battery harness groove.
Disconnect the engine wiring harness at the point (2).
Install fixture (replaces tool Mot. 1367), consisting of devices for maintaining the engine (Mot. 1672) with tool Mot. 1672, engine support rail (Mot. 1720) and a micrometric depth gauge to determine the size of the connecting rod journals. (Mot. 1319) (see operations for right suspension).
Remove the middle mounting bolt (4) supports of the silent block of the rear support of the pendulum suspension.
Raise the engine slightly until the silent block is separated.
Remove:
- fastening bolts (5) gearboxes to the support of the pendulum suspension of the engine;
- fastening with a support of a pendulum suspension bracket of the engine.
Remove mounting bolts (6) supports to the body of the support of the pendulum suspension of the engine.
Loosen the bolts (7) fastening the left support of the pendulum suspension of the engine to the body.
Remove the fastener from the engine swing arm support housing.
Install the mount to the engine swing arm support housing. Torque tighten the pendulum suspension mounting bolts on the gearbox 62 Nm. Install the mount to the engine swing arm mount. Torque tighten the bolts securing the gearbox to the engine pendulum suspension support 62 Nm.
Install the middle bolt of the left support of the silent block of the pendulum suspension.
Torque tighten the middle bolt of the silent block support of the left support of the pendulum suspension 62 Nm.
Remove all fixtures. Fix the engine wiring harness.
Install the battery harness groove.
Attach the battery cable harness groove.
Reinstall all previously removed parts in reverse order.
