Lower jet thrust (K4M engine) (Renault Fluence 1)

Removal

Place the car on a lift.

Remove the engine crankcase guard mounting bolts and protective screen.

Remove:

• bolt (1) securing the lower reaction rod to the front suspension subframe,
• lower reaction rod bracket mounting bolt to gearbox (2),
• lower jet thrust.

Installation

Install the lower reaction rod. Tighten to the specified torque:

• lower reaction rod mounting bolt to gearbox 105 Nm;
• bolt for fastening the lower reaction rod to the front suspension subframe 105 Nm.

Install the engine oil pan guard.
