Removal
- Remove the brake mechanism assembly.
- Remove the brake disc and hub.
- Remove the six trunnion mounting bolts.
- Remove the ABS sensor mounting bolt.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- If the trunnion bolts are reused, they should be coated with Loctite FRENBLOC.
- Tighten the trunnion mounting bolts in the sequence 1-2-3-4-5-6 to a torque of 30 N·m (fig. 11.5).
- Tighten the hub nut to 170 Nm
Attention. Before carrying out repairs on the air suspension elements, it is necessary to reduce the air pressure with the valve. located on the tee under the car. It is prohibited to supply compressed air to the air spring through this valve. Filling the air spring with air should be done only by a compressor.
