- Remove the front suspension lower arm.
Attention. During the process of replacing the silent block, it is necessary to maintain the lower arm of the front suspension in a position in which the ball joint pin is directed straight down. To ensure that the silent block is installed in the required position, replace the silent blocks one by one: front silent block (1, fig. 10.10) and then the rear silent block (2).

Front silent block
- Install the two rings of the T.AV fixture. 1274 under the lever at the level of the diameters of the silent block bushings.
- Push the front silent block out of the lower arm.
- With the T.AV device. 1274 press in the new silent block until the installation sleeve touches the supporting surface of the suspension arm (pic. 10.11).

Rear silent block
- Install two fixture rings (A. fig. 10.12) T.AV. 1274 under the lever at the level of the diameters of the silent block bushings.

- TAV device. 1274-01, press the rear silent block out of the lower arm.
- The rear silent block is installed in two steps.
- Install the kit (E, fig. 10.13) on the bar.

- Install the bushing (IN), spacer ring (T. Av. 1274-01), a new bushing, screw the threaded rod into the strip, install the washer and screw the nut.
- Insert one end of the strip into the jig, and install the kit with the other end (E) into the hole for the silent block.
Note. Remove the O-rings and, if necessary, reduce the diameter of the lower part of the jig using sandpaper.
- In this position, install the adjusting washer (R) and tighten the nut and washer and install the assembly on the two bushings (A).
- Press in the silent block until then. until the spacer ring contacts the control arm bearing surface.
