- Remove the front lower suspension arm.
Attention. When replacing the silent block, it is necessary to maintain the lower arm of the front suspension in a position in which the ball joint journal is directed strictly downwards. To ensure that the silent block is installed in the required position, replace the silent blocks in turn: front silent block (1, Fig. 10.10) and then the rear silent block (2).

Front silent block
- Install two rings of the T.AV. 1274 device under the lever at the level of the silent block bushing diameters.
- Press the front silent block out of the lower arm.
- Using the T.AV. 1274 tool, press in the new silent block until the mounting sleeve touches the support surface of the suspension arm (fig. 10.11).

Rear silent block
- Install two rings of the device (A. Fig. 10.12) T.AV. 1274 under the lever at the level of the silent block bushing diameters.

- Using the TAV. 1274-01 tool, press out the rear silent block from the lower arm.
- The rear silent block is installed in two steps.
- Install the kit (E, Fig. 10.13) on the bar.

- Install the bushing (B), spacer ring (T. Av. 1274-01), new bushing, screw the threaded rod into the bar, install the washer and screw on the nut.
- Insert one end of the strip into the jig and install the kit (E) with the other end into the hole for the silent block.
Note: Remove the O-rings and, if necessary, reduce the diameter of the bottom of the jig using sandpaper.
- In this position, install the mounting washer (P) and tighten the nut with the washer and install the unit on the two bushings (A).
- Press the silent block until the spacer ring touches the support surface of the suspension arm.
