If the headlight glass is damaged or the reflector has become opaque, the headlight assembly must be replaced. The headlight lens and mirror are verklebt glued together and cannot be replaced individually. After installing a new headlight, it must be adjusted.
1. Disassemble the inner (black) grille. To do this, carefully unscrew the plastic screws from the mount until they can be removed from the mounting hole.
2. Disconnect the bracket from the direction indicator lamp in the engine compartment, remove it from the headlight cutout and disconnect the contact.
3. Unscrew the two front grille screws in the turn signal cutouts on both sides.
4. Remove 5 front grille screws (3 screws in the radiator area; one screw each on the left and right on the front grille) and take it off.
5. Disconnect the pin blocks of the dimensions and the main light.
6. Disconnect the pin blocks of the high beam adjustment servomotor.
7. Turn the high beam adjustment servomotor in the bayonet lock and disengage the spherical head by pulling it out of the adjusting segment on the headlight by the housing.
8. Remove the executive engine.
9. Unscrew the two upper bolts of the headlight housing.
10. Remove the bolt next to the headlight housing in the radiator cutout.
11. Remove the nut from the outside on the side of the headlight housing.
12. Take out headlights from cutout.
13. After installing the headlight in the corresponding cutout, do not fully tighten the upper mounting bolts and center the headlight so that the bolts can be tightened in the standard holes.
14. Tighten the side mounting bolts and nut.
15. Establish a lantern of the index of turn and connect all pin connections. Install the front grille and grille.
16. After installation, check the operation of the headlights and their adjustment.
