Removal the radiator
1. Place the vehicle on a lift.
2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Remove the lower engine guard.
4. Drain the coolant through the lower radiator hose.
5. Remove the intake air duct, fan connectors, wires from the support brackets on the fans, upper radiator hose, radiator grille, upper radiator mounts and radiator.

- carefully lift the radiator from its lower supports...

- ... and upper supports. Replace the supports if they are damaged;
- inspect the radiator, clean it from dirt, if leaks are found, eliminate them with the help of specialists.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Take measures to prevent damage to the radiator and condenser fins (if available). Fill the cooling system with liquid and remove air from it.
Note: When removing and installing the radiator, do not bend the fins of the heat exchanger tubes.
