Checking the brake fluid level (400 km) (Renault Symbol 2)

The reservoir for brake fluid and clutch fluid is located in the engine compartment (see Figure 2.24). The reservoir is transparent, which allows you to monitor the fluid level in it. When the level drops below the "MIN" mark, a control lamp lights up in the instrument cluster. The fluid level with the lid closed should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks. If you need to top up the fluid, carefully wipe the area around the filler hole on the reservoir to avoid dirt getting into the brake system.

Warning! Coolant (antifreeze) is aggressive towards the skin, highly toxic when ingested and destroys paintwork.
