Withdrawal:
- on a car with a power window, disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery;
- remove the door trim;
- lower the glass by temporarily installing the power window handle or by connecting the connector;

- carefully remove the seal from the inside bottom edge of the window opening (Figure 9.71);

- remove the plastic retainer that secures the sliding glass to the glass guide chute (Figure 9.72);
- remove the protrusion from the hole in the glass, support the glass;

- at the rear edge of the glass, release the guide plate (attached to glass). Carefully detach the guide plate from the bottom edge of the guide channel seal inside the door (Figure 9.73);
- carefully move the glass up, tilting the rear edge forward, and remove the glass from the window opening of the door (Figure 9.74).

Installation
Install in the reverse order of removal. In doing so, do the following:
- correctly align the guide plate on the rear edge of the glass with the guide chute (seal inside the door);
- before installing the door upholstery, check the operation of the power window mechanism by connecting the battery and power window motor wiring connector or installing the power window handle.
