Attention! Wear protective goggles and gloves when performing this operation. Perform all operations in a clean work area to prevent contamination from entering the throttle body.
Remove the throttle body.

Remove the outer sealing rings of the throttle body (pic. 2.242).
Note. Renault carburetor cleaner damages gaskets.
Lock the throttle by hand in the open position.

Apply the cleaner to the inside surface of the block housing until all traces of contamination are completely removed (pic. 2.243).

Remove dirt and detergent residues with wipes (pic. 2.244).

Blow out the perimeter of the throttle body with compressed air, then the outer surface of the housing (pic. 2.245).
